Dead trees, primping and fun

Mayor of Daisetta, TX Lynn Wells poses next to dead trees on his property in Daisetta, TX. After a sinkhole formed on the property of Deloach Oil & Gas Waste Disposal System in May, 2008, water came up through a retired well on Wells' property, inundating it with water. A day later, he said the trees on his property showed signs of dying. A year later, many are now dead.
